Undergraduate Chapter: Kappa Tau
The Kappa Tau Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was founded on the grounds of the University of West Georgia campus by twelve young women on May 22, 1976. They sought to bring Alpha Kappa Alpha's legacy of sisterhood, service, intelligence, and elegance to the campus and the Carrollton community.
