The Hedera Foundation, Incorporated
The Hedera Foundation, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2015 by the members of Phi Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated serving Coweta and Fayette Counties.
As the philanthropic arm of Phi Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the purpose of the foundation is to provide educational assistance, social services and programs to the communities of Coweta & Fayette Counties. These services include scholarships, youth empowerment programs, health initiatives and family support resources.
The Hedera Foundation, Incorporated in conjunction with Phi Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, awards scholarships yearly to students in the community. Multiple fundraisers are held throughout the year to generate funds to provide these scholarships to worthy students and financial support for community programs.
